Me has made another wallpaper!
I think I'll just put any new wallpaper I make here, at least I'll submit stuff  Chii was vectored from this scan --> [link] And painted with the mouse! It took 4 days to vector and paint her Background should be like illusion where you can't acutally see where water stops and starry sky begins. And the little stars are here to add the cuteness ^o^ |
